The cataloguing of the traditional textiles of some families which migrated from yugoslavia to İzmir (Turkey)

The reason why the subject of my thesis is determined as ?The Cataloguing of The Traditional Textiles of Some Families Which Migrated From Yugoslavia to İzmir (Turkey)? is that these traditional textiles which are tend to be forgotton will completely diseppear in the course of time, and therefore , they must be documented and passed on the coming generations.The families taking place in the research are families which migrated to Turkey between the years 1950-1990 and these families which migrated to Turkey had also brought some traditional handcraft products with them while coming, these textiles under consideration which are the basic subject of the thesis have been measured, photographed and documented.While getting prepared form my research subject, firstly, I composed the plan to be followed. I determined the questions to be asked and prepared the identity forms.I photographed and measured the sizes and enlisted the information regarding the traditional textile products which the people I interviewed had art hand I set the identification tags of the resorce persons. The people I interviewed have textile products such as rugs, traditional clothes and accessories, towels, blances, socks and shoulderbags made of thick cloth at hand.I put the information which arised after the research into writing to paper according to a certain plan. I presented my research in three parts. In the first part I mentioned Information Related to Some Families Which Migrated From Yugoslavia to İzmir; in the second part The Cataloguiıng of The Traditional Textiles of The Families Which Mİgrated From Yugpslavia to İzmir, and in the third part, on the other hand, the Application Studies.
