Abstract (EN)

The compounds which were called phthalocyanines discovered as an accident in 1907, by Braun and Tcherniac during preparation of o-cyanobenzamide from phthalimide and acetic acid. After the investigations of Linstead and X-ray studies of Robertson the structure of phthalocyanines were elucitated between 1933 and 1940. Phthalocyanines' stability to light, heat, acids and alkalies have been outstanding peculiarity. Phthalocynanines are usually synthesized starting from the appropriate phthalonitriles and their derivatives (ex.: phthalimide, phthalicacid, etc.) or their substitution yield as metal-free phthalociyanine and metallophthalocyanines which obtained especially in high temperatures with the presence of a suitable anhydrous metal salt. Today there are lots of studies about the physical and chemical proporties of metallophthalocyanines. MPc complexes are using at nonlineer optical applications, photodynamic therapy as a photosensitizer, gas sensor, supramolecular matter, optical information storage. According to master of science thesis, we have synthesized new phthalociyanines. In the present work, we have synthesized tetra and octa substitued 4-[4-(Tiofen-3-yl)-phenoxy] metal-free phthalociyanines, which also soluble in some organic solvents. We have synthesized metallophthalocyanines with the conversation of metal-free phthalociyanines to Europium(III) and Lutetium(III). The purification of these compounds were made by using silica-gel coloumn chromatography. UV/vis, IR, 1H-NMR, mass spectra confirm the proposed structure of the synthesized compounds.
