Abstract (EN)
In this study, the high-rise steel and reinforced concrete structures located in various parts of the world which are designated as a systematic sample of fire behaviour that occur in a building after a fire injuries, loss of life and property damages were analyzed. It is intended to identify the structure system with the minimal damage from a fire to determine the more reliable system. For this purpose, materials and methods used in this thesis mentioned from previous studies on the subject in the first three chapters are discussed. In the fourth chapter, it is discussed primarily the definition of fire and an overview of the historical formations and fire effects on steel and concrete structural systems have been mentioned. The continuation of the chapter 10 sample structure relevant to both systems are studied. Findings and determinations are achieved through the sample structures reviewed in the fifth chapter.
