Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is tried to manifestation species that is wide spread in Turkey, Turkish red pine (P. brutia Ten.), scots pine (P. syslvestris var.hamata L.) and Turkish black pine (P. nigra subs. pallasiana Arnold.), the high heat effect after forest fires upon seed and regenerations is determined. It is applied to natural species, used trial scope, based on heat shock and duration practices that close with botanic, total five different heat shock (control, 80, 100, 120 and 140 °C) and 5 different exposure duration (1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 minute) It is significant in statistics test that heat shock and heat treatment duration on germination percent and together effects on both factor. Besides, trials implementation also awarded cabinet and nursery conditions; all heat shock carry out scots pine and Anatolian black pine, according to control, in respect of control other processes, It is stimulated that 80 °C heat shock treatment on awarded of seeds regarding to Turkish red pine seeds, while germination percent is low. v It is determined that carried trials out three pine species heat application that decrease germination and fatal effect on seed liveliness with upper 120 °C further 5 minutes duration. It is produced withal same type of different origins and different process of same origin applied, point out important germination variation; is betrayed further necessity of studies based on origin and genotype. Meanwhile, It is inferred that population that is lasting on high heat shock stress and is defined necessity of genotypes.
