The assessment and takhrij of the 60 hadiths in "Müsned-ü Ebî Hanîfe li'l Hasen b. Ziyâd" involved in the "el-Imtâ'" of Zâhid el Kewserî

The primary of this study is to examine the influence of this study will be assessment and takhrij of the 60 judicial hadiths in "Müsned-ü Ebî Hanîfe li'l Hasen b. Ziyâd" involved in the "el İmtâ'" of Zâhid el Kewserî from İbn Dewâlîbî. Hasen b. Ziyad is the fifth great Imam of Hanafi sect. These hadiths were narrated from Abu Hanif are also judicial hadiths. Therefore, it is also of great importance that these hadiths narrated by those who became authority in the fiqh are brought to light. In line with this aim, in the first part, some informations about Hasen b. Ziyad, Zahid al-Kawsari and Ibn Dewâlîbî's lives, works, scholars, students and their scholarly personality will be given. In the second part, sixty judicial hadiths, which is the Ma'în topic and also forms the title of the thesis, in the Musned by Hasen b. Ziyad will be assessment and takhrij. These 60 judicial hadiths are given interpretations and explanations to the extent that the sources and findings are available under each hadith. The sources of the related hadith will be investigated, and the Râvîes in the sened chains will be examined one by one using the ricâl and tabakât books. In result and assessment section, a general evaluation of the hadith and the well, being of the Râvies will be made on teh basis of all these researches and findings. The judicial hadiths, which were assessmented and tahrij, will be categorized according to fiqh subjects and a general summary of all these works will be given. Key Words: Hasen b.
