On oscillation of some partial dynamic equations on time scales

In recent years, there has been much research activity concerning the theory of differential and difference equations. Although many results concerning differential equations are similar to the corresponding difference equations, there are also discrepancies. The study of dynamic equations on time scales reveals such discrepancies, and helps avoid proving results twice, once for differential equations and once again for difference equations. The theory of time scales was introduced by Stefan Hilger in order to create a theory that can unify discrete and continuous analysis. The general idea is to prove a result for a dynamic equation where the domain of the unknown function is a so-called time scale, which may be an arbitrary closed subset of the reals.In the literature, there are so many results in the oscillation theory of partial difference and differential equations. However to the best of our knowledge, there is no work done attempting to unify these results by means of the time scale theory for partial dynamic equations.In the first section of the thesis, we introduce time scale theory. In the second section, we mention the concept of time scales of which dynamic equations are defined on. In the third section, we study the oscillation of some partial dynamic equations. In the fourth and the last section, we study the oscillation criterias for some delay partial dynamic equations and a neutral partial dynamic equation, respectively.
