Ibn Abdirabbih el-Endelusî'nin Divanındaki söz sanatları / Verbal improvements in the Diwan of Ibn Abd Rabbo al-Andalusi

The researcher presented a complete picture of Andalusian poet, Ibn Abd Rabboh's life, who was considered a pioneer and one of the topest poets in Andalusia. The researcher also discussed scholars' opinion on Ibn Abd Rabboh's litrerary works. Finally, the researcher throughly investigated his literature reaching out Ibn Abd Rabboh's collection (diwan), pointed out its significant poetic pruposes and themes. Subsequently, the researcher embarked on studying the linguistic and verbal rhetorical devices (Al-muhsinat al-lafziyyah al-badi'iyyah), tracing their linguistic and technical meanings. Then, the researcher went on to discuss the various types and styles of verbal rhetorical devices, listing their different names, defining precise criteria for each style, and providing examples from eloquent Arabic resources. Furthermore, the researcher focused extensively on the collection (diwan) itself, aiming to demonstrate the artistic impact of the verbal rhetorical devices and to understand the poet's instincts for employing them. This gave the researcher the ability to confirm that the poet possesses linguistic skills. The researcher also illustrated that the diwan is a rich source containing distinguished linguistic elements, enabling easy reading and comprehension. In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher employed various approaches, including historical, social, psychological methods, and descriptive analysis. It is important to note that the use of these diverse approaches was essential for conducting this work. In conclusion, -the researcher stated that the poet often began the majority of his poemsand verses with a special line of poetry. -The researcher also noted that the poet had a distinctive style of incorporation, in which he would include a complete line of poetry without explicitly mentioning the narrator.
