Özet (EN)

The study aims to reveal one of the creative aspects of the Arabic language, Udūl in the broadest sense, which goes beyond the rules adopted by the early Arabs and includes all levels of the language, including phonetic, morphological and syntactic. Although it is a departure from the conventional and the creation of unconventional ways and means, it is limited by conditions that do not rely on comprehension and ambiguity and take into account the general structure of the language in a way that protects its foundations from destruction and collapse. In this research, I will deal with one of these aspects of Udūl, namely "Udūl al-terkībī" in Arabic sentences, and I will try to show the validity of drawing inferences by extracting examples of "Udūl al-terkībī" from the Hadith language, whether they are related to changes in rank or decreases in the elements of the sentence. Since the Qur'anic language, along with Arabic poetry, is the most important source for proving and pointing out linguistic rules, the Hadith language's adoption of similar devices in Qur'anic verses and poetic patterns, such as "Chapter and Vasıl", "Hazf", or changing the order of a sentence element, can be a proof of the Hadith language's undisputed linguistic source. Formal similarity is evidence of grammatical or Udūl similarity, which breaks its linguistic rules at the syntactic, semantic and phonetic levels and restructures them in an unusual way. Since the Prophetic Hadith was a message addressed by the Prophet to all Muslims as the recipients of that message, its expression was based on the linguistic system common to him and his Arabic-speaking followers. Both the Prophet and his listeners were aware of the grammatical and semantic patterns in the Arabic language system, the system that fulfils the processes of communication between members of the linguistic community. The study also concluded that syntactic deviation is the failure to observe the regular pattern between the elements of a sentence and at the same time to maintain interest or comprehension, such as deviation from dhikr, izhar and wasıl to hazf, izmar and fasl. The inclusion of hadiths as linguistic evidence on various branches and aspects of linguistic rules in general and those related to syntactic modification in particular is evidence of the authenticity of the hadith language and its ability to be used as a linguistic source alongside the Qur'anic language and Arabic poetry.
