Abstract (EN)
In this research, the effect of two Schiff base derivatives and its metal complexes on the MDA concentration which is an andicator of Lipid peroxidation, antioxidant vitamins A, E, C levels in cell culture media. In the comparision done among groups, it was observed that MDA, Vitamins A, E and C concentrations were statistically changed. In conclusion, the parameters measured here in the show taht all compounds caused a considerable oxidative stress without Zn complexes.
