Abstract (EN)
When we examine the studies conducted, we see that many engineering and physics problems are mathematically modeled by the convection-diffusion-reaction equation. In this thesis, for the first time in the literature, the solution of a two-dimensional damped wave-type convection-diffusion-reaction equation, which will make a significant contribution to physical problems and play a major role in controlling oscillations in moving domains, has been addressed using the finite difference/finite element method. The numerical solutions obtained using the Fortran programming language have been derived, examined, and interpreted for equations with time-dependent convective coefficients at different time steps.
