Özet (EN)

Fungal pathogens causes a serious danger in agricultural field. Most of the cultivated species show significant data losses due to fungal attacks. These diseases reduce not only yield loss but also quality features. Although plant diseases caused by fungal pathogens are generally tackled with the application of chemical drugs, the fight against chemicals is not effective for every disease. Therefore, the best way to protection against plant diseases is to develop new cultivars disease resistant. Transgenic plants are developed by using gene isolation and gene transfer techniques to create resistance against fungal diseases. Transgenic plants are developed by using gene isolation and gene transfer techniques to create resistance against fungal diseases in the fight against diseases. Intense hydrolysis with β-1,3-glucan, β-1,3-glucanase, the most abundant component of the fungal cell wall, weakens the mechanical strength of the cell walls, leading to cell lysis. For this reason, β-1,3-glucanase is used in the defense system against pathogenic fungus infestation in plants. This research provides the transfer of the beta-1,3-glucanase gene including 1793 amino acid recombinant DNA fragments cloned from Paenibacillus sp in pKn-glucanase, pKn-sig-glucanase, pSiCiKn plasmids, using gene technique through Agrobacterium tumefaciens.
