In this direction, the aim of the study is to examine the effect of 30-minute Life Kinetic exercises, which will be done three times a week for 8 weeks, on balance, reaction and hitting performances of 11-12 age tennis players. In the research, 36 athletes aged 11-12 years who play active tennis in Borsos Sports Club in Maltepe district participated. The tests applied to the athletes in this study are as follows; sit and lie down flexibility test, lower extremity Y balance test, Fitlight hand and foot reaction test, ITN (international tennis numbering) test were performed and height and weight measurements were taken. When the data obtained in the studies are examined, according to the pretest and posttest results of the experimental and control groups of the 11-12 year-old tennis players, as a result of the 8-week Life Kinetic training; while no significant difference (p<0.05) between the two teams in Flexibility, Hand Reaction, ITN Depth, ITN Service, ITN Vole, ITN Mobility, ITN Sensitivity skills, there was a significant (p<0.05) difference in favor of the experimental group in Balance and ITN Total Score skills. 0.05) was found to be different.
