Abstract (EN)

Keywords: The New World Order, Terrorism, Middle East, Taleban, Afghanistan About Afghanistan,only the England's and Russia's struggle between 1847 and 1921 has been searched as a thesis in our country.In my study a perspective is tried to be formed concerning the years above us by searching the period to the year 2001, also including 1847 and 1921. For the Great Middle East Project which is the most important phase of New World Order, that is a project now and planning to be completed after 20 or 30 years, Afghanistan has been searched as an example event. The shape of the international relations that will be determined subject to the reaction that the China and the Russia will show against the occupation of the Afghanistan and the possible alliances are getting clearer. Events are appreciated by taking this subject into consideration. In order to stress the strategic importance of Afghanistan; The effect of the First Big Game, which was occured between Russia and England in the 18th. in purpose of control Afghanistan, and also the effect of the 2.Big Game played just after the occupation of SSCB in 1979 until the USA occupation at the end of the 2001 with the participation of the companies and the terror organizations over international relations by dividing it into 3 parts creates both the purpose and the extent of this study.
