Abstract (EN)

The relatiolhhips of Turkey with Middle East and the geo-strategic. geopolitical and geoeconomicalcharacteristics of this relationship on the regional and global levelwere analysed in both regional and global dilnension in this study which is put forwardwirh the title of Foreign Policy of Turkey for the Middle East after 11th September. Andit was also researched whether these factors were perceived byTurkey in two directions and consequently converted into foreign policy argument or not.When carrying out this research, it was tried to observe the influences of thefactors and actors which are influential in forming global and regional balance on theforeign policy of Turkey for the Middle East region. Following this. in light of theinfonllation reached. the evaluations and solution suggestions for a future vision ofTurkey are presented.Turkey has an ilnportant place in the global and regional dimension together with itshistorical. Geographical and cultural conditions. The final purpose of the study is tounderline this Blatter and to indicate the ways of benefiting from mentioned opportunitiesas put forward by this matter. In this respect. to make contribution tothe way of maximising the national interests that could be charactcrised as an absolutepurpose of the foreign policy.
