The court records of Şer'iyye courts (Şer'iyyer Records) reflects the political and social structure, cultural heritage and the economic structure of its period. Are among the primary sources for Ottoman local management researches. This work contributes a great deal to the develoment of Ottoman history and urban history. Our work covers the Şer'iyye Records of Ayntab cityfor the period of (H.1166-1168/M.1753-1755), Which has a significant place in the Turkish history and its culture. Numbered 111 Ayntab Şer'iyye Records Books has a total 291 pages and the pages of 1-145 have been throughly studied. In this book contained Kadı records, there are a total of 243 documends for various cases, such as the debt and liabilities issues, robbery appointment of guardianship, marriage, inheritance, alimony, and divorce. In addition to this, in the book, there are other documents sent from the central government containing topics such as berat (military rating), imperial orders from sultan as well as records of deeds, obligation for payments, and collection of bioraphies. These documents, with the help of the court records book, attempted to reveal the social, cultural, economic and administrative status of the period in Ayntab province. There is a summary for each transcripted documents in order too facilitate undertanding fort he readers. Key Words: Judicial Records, Gaziantep,Ottoman Empire, Law, Kadı
