Abstract (EN)

112 emergency medical services; These are services provided in different environments other than health institutions such as ambulances and crime scenes. The success of the service; It depends on taking the right actions as soon as possible. For this reason, it is important to be clear who will do what, when, what and how in the emergency medical team, and to have a team with coordination and harmony among the employees. There is also a need for agile leadership that strengthens the ability to succeed in unpredictable work scenarios and focuses on teamwork rather than individual authority. This study aimed to determine the relationship between role ambiguity and role conflict of healthcare professionals working in 112 emergency healthcare stations and to determine whether agile leadership mediates this relationship. The data of the study, which is descriptive and cross-sectional, was collected from 310 healthcare professionals working in 112 emergency healthcare stations in Eskişehir between August and October 2022. Data collection form; It consists of questions regarding sociodemographic characteristics, Role Conflict and Role Ambiguity, and the Agile Leadership Scale. According to this; between role conflict and role ambiguity is moderate, positive and statistically significant (r: .423; p< .001); A low-level, negative and statistically significant relationship (r: -.208; p< .001) was found between role conflict and agile leadership. It was determined that the effect of role ambiguity on agile leadership was negative and significant (b= -2.071; t= -8.336; p< .001). As a result, it was found that role ambiguity had an indirect effect on role conflict and this effect was significant, therefore "agile leadership" mediated the relationship between "role ambiguity" and "role conflict". It is recommended to clarify the duties, authorities and responsibilities of healthcare professionals working in 112 emergency healthcare stations, and to organize training to increase employees' awareness of their duties, authorities and responsibilities and effective communication, teamwork and agile leadership characteristics.
