Abstract (EN)
Mobbing is an important psychosocial risk factor in healthcare services, especially for 112 healthcare workers who are mostly active outdoors, and may pose a serious problem for the management of this structure. This study is based on the high importance of this phenomenon and the scarcity of studies on 112 healthcare workers in Antalya. The general aim of this study is to determine the level of mobbing perception of health care workers working at the Emergency Health Services Station affiliated to the Antalya Provincial Health Directorate Emergency Health Services Directorate in Antalya province. Another aim of the study is to determine the perception levels of the employees regarding the type of mobbing they perceive and their frequency according to their demographic characteristics. Quantitative research method was used to fulfill the purpose of the study. The sample consists of 311, 112 health care workers collected by convenience sampling method. Leymann's Inventory of Psychological Terror (LIPT-Leymann Inventory of Psychological Terror) scale, which is an approved scale for measuring mobbing, and a questionnaire were used. Quantitative analysis methods such as Independent Samples t Test, One Sample T Test and ANOVA were applied using SPSS 26 statistical software. The results showed that the mobbing perception levels of 112 healthcare workers participating in the survey were low. It was determined that the effect of mobbing on self-expression and communication, professional status and quality of life differed according to demographic characteristics such as age, gender, marital status, educational status, title and professional experience. The effect of mobbing on physical health differs according to demographic characteristics such as gender, educational status, driver and professional experience. It has been determined that there is no difference in the effect of mobbing on social contacts and the effect of mobbing on personal reputation according to demographic characteristics.
