Abstract (EN)

Violence negatively affects employees. Starting with the victim followed by the employees, organization and society this negative effect continues. Measures against violence must be taken to remove this. When taking precautions, every violent case should be analyzed and precautions should be taken accordingly. The causes, consequences and effects of violence vary according to the case. These measures will also play an active role in reducing the incidence of violence. The vast majority of violent incidents in emergency medical services are not recorded and are not reported to the relevant institutions and organizations by the employee; They are almost always ignored. In this case, it fuels new violent incidents and causes them to beignored in society and impossible to compensate. The study mentions both the theoretical and the survey interpretation. Most employees are affected by violence. This leads to a number of negatives in the provision of Ambulance services. This health service, which is essential for people, has agreat importance for an effective and efficient emergency intervention.In order not to let violence affect ambulance services, there is a duty for every citizenin regards of violence. Consciousness against violence should be established in public by evaluating these duties together with the employees of the institution
