Abstract (EN)

Research problem of this study, endurance training was done tennis players, to determine whether there in MaxVO2 can be expressed.In this cantext, the objectives of study it is possible to Express the follawing way:a) In this study, endurance training, and do not maket he tenis players who ıs to determine whether there is a significant difference between MaxVO2.b) Regularly performed endurance workout tenis players MaxVO2 to examine the effects on the values.In this study, 56 students as a volunteer group of 14-17 years living in Kocaeli, Turkeyselected. The selected students, including the control and experimental group 2divided into groups. Trainings prior to students' age, height, weightages and training levels were determined and the shuttle run test MaxVO2applied have been identified. The experimental group 3 times a week for 8 weeksBesides technical training, day tennis, tennis for the sport of endurancetraining, tecnical controls planned tennis continued trainings. At the end of 8 weeks, students MaxVO2 values were measured and recorded again. Findings of the study assessing the statistical for analysis by SPSS the (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows17.0 program was used.Based on the results of this study, for 8 weeks applied technical trainings on a regular basis MaxVO2 positive the effects were observed, on the strength workout MaxVO2 the effects have been found to be positive.Keywords: Tennis, endurance, training
