Abstract (EN)
When the Chinggisid under the command of Timur start to move towards the Mediterranean at the end of the XIV century, three Islamic Dynasties ruled around the Mediterranean.The largest of the sestatesis the Mamelukes, who were established in EgyptCairo and were known as the protectors of "Islam and Muslims", who dominated Anatoliain the north and Algeria and Tunisia in the west, and the other one is the Merinides, who dominated the Moroccan-based Moorish Aqsa in North West Africa, and organized war raids to Spain and thirdly, the Ottomans, who is established in Western Anatolia, grew in a short time with their raidsagainst Byzantium and dominated Western Anatolia and Rumelia. With the spread of Islam, which started from the Arabian peninsula in the 7th century in the Mediterranean region where three major religions were born,the selands,which restedon thewalls of Constantinople the capital of the Byzantine Empirein Anatolia,the whole of North Africa (the Maghreb) in the south, and the borders of France in the Iberian Peninsulain the west, began to be called Andalusia by the 9th century. The Islamic Dynasties, whichstarted with the Umayyads and continued with the Abbasids, they tried to be permanent inthelands they dominated with construction, trade, education and artistic activities, as well as their power struggles with each other and, assimilating the effects of the societies andgeographiesthey encounteredand contributeworks to theseplaces. The main one soft hese Works are mosques, madrasahs, public houses, food banks and hospitals.These have influenced and shaped the social structure,development and economy of the cities in which they were founded.Worship,education,social assistan ce and solidarity,then eed for shelter of the people who benefit from them and the purchase of services required to construct structures such as masjid, foodbank, hospital, guest house (tabhane), shops andpublic houses along with mosques and madrasas. These social-purpose building groups located in the development centers of cities, are social complexes socalled "kulliyes". Social Complexes are seen as a type of advanced religious, social, economic and institutional building community in IslamicArchitecture. Three Muslim dynastic States which tried to become a new state in the three directions of the Mediterranean, tried to be permanentand settled with the Works they made in the lands they conquered, and whose powers were equal, were chosen in the Islamic Geography towards the Renaissance in the period called the Late Middle Ages of the 14th Century for our study; These are the Merinis, the Mamelukes and the Ottomans. Did these dynasties on the Mediterranean coast have relations and interactions witheach other? How were they affected by the geography they settled, the states and societies they encountered? How did this interaction reflecton their lives, settlement sand works? The urban locations, design features, architectural qualities and contributions of theYıldırım, Berkuk and Inaniye Complexes, the powerful rulers of the Bani period and states located in Bursa, Cairo, Fez, and their similar and different aspectst othecity they are locatedin, are the subjects to bequestioned within thes cope of this thesis.
