Era. At that period oftime, Gaziantep was connected to the state of Haleb.In our study, after giving information about ?court and Kadı? in the state ofOttoman, we classified the documents in the records, gave their summary andtranscription and we wade a short evolution of the subjects.In Ayıntab town, we saw that the most efficient person is Kadı. Beside Kadıthere was Mufti, commander of Yeniceri as well.According to economical structures income expense balances, collecting taxesand records of sancak expenses were recorded regularly.Key words: Gaziantep Şerciyye Records, Khadı, State.
