Abstract (EN)
Shar'iyyah Register are the most important sources in Turkish history. Because these resources are given a variety of information about the social structure of the period, the commercial life, political, military and economic structure of the state. We tried to translate 144 numbered (1805/1806-1806/1807 M.) (1220-1221 H.) Beşiktaş shar'iyyah register which is its original in İstanbul Mufti. Our study consists of four parts. In the first chapter, he was given the kadılık institution in the Ottoman Empire. In the second chapter We examined the definition, importance and document types of shar'iyyah register. In the third chapter we were given a brief summary. We were made the translation of the documents in the fourth section. In this study, in the content of the document in total 329 exists issues such as edicts, warrants, hüccet, i'lâm, ma'ruz, mürasele.
