A research on the impact of the July 15 coup attempt on Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan media

In this study, the reflections of the 15 July coup attempt in the media of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan are taken into consideration in the context of the news that the newspapers included in the sample are on the pages of the coup attempt in Turkey. In the analysis section of the study, newspapers, which are included in the sample using content and discourse analysis methods, are examined on July 15. In the analysis section, the countries in the sample are analyzed in which size the countries in which the developments have passed following the July 15 coup attempt in Turkey. In the first part of the study, the period of coups in the history of Turkish Republic, in the second part, the period of historical development of the press of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, and in the third part, the period of the coup attempt of July 15, followed by the news on this initiative in the countries included in the sampling. A total of 16 newspapers were included 5 from Azerbaijan, 4 from Kazakhstan, 4 from Uzbekistan and 3 from Kyrgyzstan. The study aims to clarify the relations and historical ties between these countries and Turkey through the 15 July theme news in the written press of the said countries.
