The examination of Eastern and West clothes between 1500-1600 by comparison and adaptatin to contemporary fashion by synthesis

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between perfectionism, social and emotional loneliness, self-compassion, and well-being. 281 female and 173 male participants aged 20-45 (Mean = 31.29) were included in the study. The data was collected using the Demographic Information Form, the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FCPSS), the Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale (SELSA), the Self-Compassion Scale (ÖZAN), and the General Well-Being Scale Short Form (GIOS-SF). Scores on perfectionism and self-compassion differed according to gender, no difference was found for social and emotional loneliness and well-being. All variables were found to differ according to marital status. Well-being, social and emotional loneliness, and self-compassion differed according to the work status of the participants. According to the results of the research, while perfectionism and high self-compassion were associated with increased well-being; increased levels of social and emotional loneliness were related to decrease in well-being.
