Abstract (EN)

Register consist of 60 leafs and 116 pages. During transcription of register page numbers were followed, numbering done from our side was based primarily on document number and secondarily provision number given (document no.1, provision no.1). such as 1-1, 1-2.... etc.Seeing types of documents taking place at register, most of them consist of scripts among which heritages, endowments, decrees are also available. Black and unreadable parts of sharia records on which we worked were mentioned with (...) mark, while unclear and suspicious ones were shown with (?). In this test ayn (?) letter was shown with (`), ,hemze( ? ) sign was shown with (?) while for extensions (^) sign was used.First chapter is history of Rodoscuk and domination of this region by Ottomans. Second chapter is Ottoman courts and duties of qadi and deputies serving as judges at those courts. Thirth chapter is description of sharia records, coverage and information about type of documents. Fourth chapter is evaluation of Sharia record No 1596 of Rodocsuk (Tekfur mountain). Appendix chapter is transcription of No 1596 Rodoscuk (Tekfur mountain).
