Sanjak of Kütahya according to mühimme register in the last quarter of 16th centruy

"Mühimme Provisions", which were sent to Kütahya Sanjak Beylik by the Imperial in the last quarter of the 16th centtury constitute an important source for the Ottoman History. 310 provisions were detected in the study of the 45 books related to Kütahya among the sources from the 28th book to the 72nd book. Considering the summarized provisions what changes took place from the political and economic point of view and disintigrations in the institutions will become apperent and most importantly it will be seen that magnificent rise period of The Ottoman Emperie ended and it turned towards the pause period between 1575 1600. As Kütahya was the center of Anatolian Governors, the provisions sent there interested the state in general. Corruptions in manorial system, many years of wars and subsequently state depressions accompanied by the revolts and unrest among people become apparent in the light of these provisions.
