1780-1782 m(1195-1197) Kutahya Sharia Records no: 4

This master's thesis based on Sharia Records which is one of the most important research source on Ottoman Empire has been prepared in light of the documents contained in the Kutahya Sharia Records No: 4. Given the information about the Kutahya, Sharia Records and Qadi and 224 documents which is all documents from the 1780 – 1782 has been transliterationed and summarized. Situation in the years of 1780 – 1782 in Kutahya and Anatolia was analyzed according to the documents and the information. The documents keeps as "Sicill-i Mahfuz" and "Sicill-i Mahfuz Defterlü" and they have important information about edict, patent, given orders, hujjat of mariage and mostly inheritance documents. Has been procured original information about the district of 7, settlement of 34 and 284 village.
