Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between indecision, resistance to change and emotional self-efficacy in individuals aged 18-40 in Turkey. In the descriptive and scanning model, the data were applied to 356 participants. The Socio-Demographic Information Form, the Resistance to Change Scale (15 items), Indecisiveness Scale (18 items) and the Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale (32 items) were administered to the individuals. According to the results obtained; A statistically significant relationship was determined between the investigator indecision sub-dimension scores of the personal instability Scale and the cognitive response, emotional response, behavioral response, scale total score and Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale regulation, support, understanding, perception, and total scale scores of the Resistance to Change Scale. A statistically significant relationship was determined between the Indecision Scale hasty indecision sub-dimension scores and the Resistance to Change Scale cognitive response, emotional response, behavioral response, total scale score, and Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale regulation, support, understanding, perception and total scale scores. It was determined that there was a statistically significant relationship between the Personal Indecision Scale total score and the Resistance to Change Scale cognitive response, emotional response, behavioral response, total scale score and Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale regulation, support, understanding, perception and total scale scores. It was determined that there was a statistically significant relationship between the cognitive response sub-dimension scores of the Resistance to Change Scale and the Self-Efficacy Scale's Regulation, support, understanding, perception, and total scale scores. It was determined that there was a statistically significant relationship between the emotional response sub-dimension scores of the resistance to Change Scale and the Self-Efficacy Scale's regulation, support, understanding, perception and total scale scores. It was determined that there was a statistically significant relationship between the behavioral response sub-dimension scores of the Resistance to Change Scale and the Self-Efficacy Scale's regulation, support, understanding, perception, and total scale scores. It was determined that there was a statistically significant relationship between the total scores of the Resistance to Change Scale and the Self-Efficacy Scale's regulation, support, understanding, perception and total scale scores. These results were discussed with the results of the literature.
