Abstract (EN)

Buhara, Harezm (Hive), Hokand and Alash-Orda are remarkable independent autonomous states that the emergence phases, the stages of transition from khanate to state, the positive and negative effects of internal and external disputes on their states around Turkestan Geography even for a short time in 1917-1924. It is also true that the 1917 Bolshevik pre-revolutionary Tsar The Russian state and the period after 1917; Bolshevik Russian State (USSR), China, Britain, Afghanistan and the Ottoman State are trying to act directly or indirectly in the region. In addition, because of the economic, cultural and religious power was held by this region, it was the world's most important intersection of commercial roads during B.C., and also never lost its importance in A.D. periods. This region, return to the spreading field of Tsar Russia, Bolshevik Russia, United Kingdom, and the Chinese States especially before and after World War I. At the beginning of the twelfth century and after the Bolshevik Revolution, the Bolshevik Russian State (USSR) imposed a hypocritical policy despite the promise of using these khanates in their own interests and establishing independent national states in the khanates. In this study, an in-depth research was carried out on Turkestan, Buhara, Harezm (Hive), Hokand and Alaq-Orda khans, emirates and states, and their reflection on books, articles, theses and related web pages were researched.
