Abstract (EN)
A continual social change has been experienced since Tanzimat to date. The ottomans turned to the West through modernization movements in many fields thanks to the imperial edict of reorganization. Republic is the result of this formation. Kemalist movement, which appeared in the wake of Young Turk movement and appeared with the power of historical background, founded a new state. Kemalist cadre, after having won the armed struggle, provided the gradual development of an ideology belonging to them while realizing the most redical, rooted and inevitable revolutions in the period of 1923-1930. Kemalism was used for the purpose of determining the thought ? generation process quality of a society with changing pains of the expression of Turkish Revolution?s ideational potential . At the 1927, 1931, and 1935 CHP congresses, Kemalism, as the ideational dimension of revolution, was established within the framework of ?six arrows?. In the post-1930 period, political and intellectual figures were in search of ideology paying regard to the problems caused by the practice of revolutions both abroad and at home. This study of thesis is concerned with the works written, at this period, by intellectuals such as Celal Nuri İleri, Ahmet Ağaoğlu, Şevket Süreyya Aydemir, Recep Peker, Mahmut Esat Bozkurt, Tekin Alp, Şeref Aykut, Peyami Safa. Also, the reflections of Revolution and Kemalism have been searched in the fields of Language, History, Education, and Woman, which are effective in maturation of Turkish Revolution. The objective of this study is not to defend Kemalism within the above-cited framework but to evaluate the perception of Kemalism, which wishes to convey the society to modern civilizations? level through the use of rationalist, positivist, pragmatic, humanist, monitoring, experimental thinking methods, over politics, economy, society, intellectuals of then and their works, and to reveal the attempts to ideologize. In this study which is cited through a descriptive method of searching, the data have been obtained by examining works and resources that can be reached in literature
