Abstract (EN)

This study, in the process of women who have been given the right to attend election of civil government in 1930, explicate the debates in the public about political rights of women in accordance with the religious / traditional values and historical / social background of the public in that term. In this way, the study considers the various expressions during the debates in accordance with the perception of that term. The aim of the subject is to state the background of religious, traditional and patriarchal perceptions which can be considered as resource of the conceptions about ?Feminity? in that term.
