1951/137 numbered (1810-1811 m. dated) the Trabzon shar'iyyah registry

Shar'iyyah Registries are primary sources for the history of the Ottoman. In this respect, we tried to turn the Shariyyah registry of Trabzon as Master's Thesis 1951/137 Numbered (1810-1811 M. Dated). This study is carried out in order to present the history of Trabzon economic, administrative, social and legal aspects between the years 1810-1811.Thesis consists of four chapters. İn thesis firstly is given briefly information about issues such as definition, importance of Shar'iyyah Registries and types in terms of contents. In the following sections a brief summary of the document was issued, and the transcription of the text. This document contains 551 pieces.These total 551 pieces includes the following topics: wedding ceremony, fixing and dividing inheritance, changing the religion, fixing script, tutelar script, foundationscript.
