Laws introduced between the years of 1954 and 1957, and the relation between the ruling party and opposition parties duri̇ng the introduction of those laws

Due to the modernization movements in Otoman Empire, bureaucracy has come an institution making political decisions rather than implementing them. Because of this reality, the traditions related to puplic administration realet to puplic administation has continued their dominance in period of Turkish Republic. After second world war internal and external conditions forced Turkey for transition to multi party system. After transition to multi party system foremost opposition party, which had founded in 7 January 1946, was Demokrat Parti. Demokrat parti strongly contravened to CHP goverment and came to power after election of 14 May, 1950. With accede of Demokrat Parti new period started in Turkey in its years of govern Demokrat Party effectuated important leaps and assured its position in 2 May, 1954. Because of these achievements Demokrat Parti ignored opposition in its some politics. Oppositionparties deprecated DP's politics after 1955. Before general election in 1957 opposition parties tried to aggregate their forces But conflict between them and DP's politics caused failure of this attempt elections of 27 October, DP's votes declined and DP became oppressor for opposition parties. Relations between governing party and oppositions parties became fierce and this situation escalated struggle. Conflicts between National Opposition Front and DP's Home Front ended with 27 May 1960 coup.
