1957 Turkey-Syria depression

The Middle East which hosts many civilizations and includes different religions, languages, races and cultures has been the focus point of struggles for centuries. The Middle East expresses the power for civilizations in the history and civilizations which pursue to the power tries to find a way to dominate the Middle East. When the domination of Middle East is focused on, Syria has been one of the vital countries. Throughout its history which begins from 4000 B.C., Syria was under the domination of many countries and was effected by different cultures but hasn?t lost its Arabic identity.Syria which was under the domination of different civilizations got its independent identity in 1946 but independence didn?t provide stability. As a result of unstable management in Syria, other countries that had aims in Middle East easily interfered Syria and because of these external interferences, tension among countries increased and this situation effected the relationship between Syria its neighbours deeply.During the cold war the relations between Syria and Turkey became tense and this tension between these two countries increased by the participation of the other countries such as the US and Soviet Union in 1957 and it became an international depression. Turkey and Syria were on the threshold of war because of international dominance struggles over the Middle east and with the effect of international balances, they continued to their relations of neighbourhood by ending the tension between theirselves.
