The analysis OSS and OYS the Turkish questions from 1981 to 2001 as a grammer

This research, the Turkish guestions to be asked on ÖSS (Student SelectionExamination) and ÖYS (Universitu Entrance Examination) had been done by means ofagreement of the Turkish Language (grammar) curriculum.These examples, the Turkish guestions from 1981 to 2001 for the University EntranceExamination were chosen as agrement for the curriculum. With this aim the parts (sections)relation to grammar in 1957 and 1992 Education programmes were examined. It is try toestablish relationshig with the guestions and curriculum for grammar subjects. In addition, itis dwelt upon the historical period of the Turkish Language and literature teaching from theTurkish Repuclic to nowadays.On the research, grammar guestions to have been asked for twenty one years had beenclassified and answered in details. The diffusion of these guestions according to the years andthemes were pointed out with the figures. The rates of the total guestions to be asked and theagrement to the curriculum were made clear with the tables. Giving the guestion forms usedabout each subject, the guestion sectences had been tried to bring out.Essentially, on the guestions, they are mostly paragraph knowledge, meaningknowladge, clause comment; however these weren?t asked in 1957 and 1992 educationcurriculums. Word meanings and clause knowladge on the structure subjects have animportance rate, but phoneme, form knowledge and word groups have little rate on totalguestions. Education programmes and ÖSS and ÖYS guestions have less harmony. Again atthe research it is seen that ÖSS and ÖYS guestions acording to the years and subjects weren?tdispersed as planned and stable.Key words: ÖSS and ÖYS Examinations, Turkish Language and literature (teaching)curriculum, grammar teaching.
