Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to make research on the content of mathematics courses taught in Primary School Teaching Programme which trains teachers with changing programmes between 1982- 2006. This Research includes 5 programme changes carried out between 1982-2006. Program changes include in Basic Mathematics, Basic Mathematics I, Mathematics II, Mathematics Teaching, Teaching of Mathematics I and Mathematics Education II courses and contents of the changes in this year. Qualitative methods were used in this study. Five programs for the contents of the course topics , repetitive frequency of changes are given by the percentage frequency table under two main headings : Basic Mathematics and Mathematics Teaching. In this study , It is concluded that programme changes carried out between the years 1982-2006 affect Basic Mathematics and Mathematics Teaching in a positive way. However, It is also concluded that, latest changes of programme carried out in 2006 is the closest programme to National Education Program, but it also has missing sides when it was evaluated with International exam results.
