Abstract (EN)
Because of a strategic location Afghanistan has been exposed to the intervention of the invaders in different periods of history. This condition continued after the collapse of the USSR as well. As the power test area of the region and outside the region actors there has been political instability for a long time in Afghanistan. Generally the field of researches about Afghanistan had been studied from its geo-political and geo-strategical aspects. In this study we believe and aim that the only solution way for the political instability of Afghanistan is federal system. In this study we are concentrated on the compitations of the regional and international actors in the country and USSR invasion and attitude of the USA for the invasion. This study has been planned to seek solutions for the political concerns of Afghanistan. But we are not claiming niether to explain the historical issues compeletly nor to discuss all points of the issue from culturel and political aspects. The main subject of this study is political instability but we tried to explain a comparative federal system to the country. We also give some analitic examples of solutions here in the study as well. Key Words: 1. Afghanistan 2. Political issue 3. Solution
