Abstract (EN)

Mühimme-i Mektume was the place where was registered documents which must kept secret for the perpetuity and fraternity of the state. Mühimme-i Mektume was one of the most important resources in the history of Ottoman Empire. That the people who were brigand, diskruptive and tried to revolt were punished with the secret command of the palace helps us to analyse the term both content and quality of the crime and the punishment and socio-economic . We tried to translate the notebook of Mühimme-i Mektume 61-90(H.1208-1211/M.1793-1797) at this work.Our work consists of two chapters, there are briefly summaries of the document in the first chapter and the document was also tanslated.This work contains the commands which came from the palace and was written for the attendants (governor, governor of a sanjak, ludge of the army etc.) Key Words: Ottomon Empire, banditry, secret provisions, Mühimme-i Mektume .
