Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to investigate the records of Trabzon Fish market. The investigation was done with the interviews with the people who sell fish in the wholesale market face to face and with the formal records hold in Trabzon Fish market which works for Trabzon Municipality. In the end of the investigation, it has been determined 22 species of fish in Trabzon Fish market between the years 2009-2013. From these species, 15 of them are those hunted in Black Sea, 2 of them are culture fish, 1 is imported, and the other 4 are the species brought from other areas and having been treated. The most treated kind is Anchovy while the least treated is Sarpa. According to the wholesale records, between the records of Trabzon Municipality and records of wholesale market, it was determined big differences. In the period of 5 years, the average fish was accounted to have been 6273,85 tones. In Trabzon fish market , among the treated fish, anchovy is in the first order with the rate %82,10, Atlantic bonito %9,73, horse mackerel %5,25and other species are followed %2,92 . In the market %1,61 is culture fish, %98,39 is fish that are hunted.
