Abstract (EN)

Çıldır İcmal Tahrir book No. 216 was transcribed and evaluated. This notebook dated 1160 H. / 1747-1748 contains socio-economic and financial information about Çıldır Province, one of the provinces of the Ottoman Empire. Therefore, our thesis was composed of two main parts: transcription and analysis. The document, which was duly transcribed into Latin letters, was analyzed in the second part. The analysis part was divided into certain parts after the documentation and parsing were completed. In the evaluations made in the analysis part, the notebook was adhered to. Tahrir books are first-hand sources containing social, economic, financial and demographic data about the region in which they are located. Addressing these sources will make significant contributions to illuminating the region to be investigated in the specified areas. Therefore, in the introduction, a general Tahrir book was introduced in terms of the fact that Tahrir books contain qualified and important information in the field of socio-economic and finance. Since the document is basically a socio-economic and financial resource belonging to the Çıldır State, the brief history of the Çıldır State was mentioned in the first part of the first part of the study. That's why the historical process of the region was mentioned. Subsequently, the data resulting directly from the classification of the notebook data were evaluated. In this way, subsections and headings were determined in line with the data. Two sections were created: administrative division and economic situation of Çıldır Province.
