Abstract (EN)
On 24th of November, 2015, a Russian warplane was shot down by Turkey as it entered the Turkish airfield without permission. This incident caused a temporary interruption of the historical Turkish-Russian relations. The aim of this study is to evaluate the incidents after 24th of November and to demonstrate the effects of this incident on Turkish-Russian Relations. In this context, the emergence and development of the tension between Turkey and Russia are examined and the financial reflections of the tension on Turkey are analyzed. At the same time, the roles of Azerbaijan, Syria are attempted to be observed during the tension between the two countries of North Caucasus.
