Abstract (EN)
The goal of a mechanical designer is to build the optimum system by using necessary mechanical parts to make the required job. The correct determination of the system's limit values in this way is a factor that directly affects the percentage of reaching the target. This thesis study presents a 3-axis Cartesian robot design under optimal conditions by taking into consideration such issues as market requirements, examination of existing robots, country industrial conditions, mechanical system optimization, computation of subsystems and components, computer aided analysis and component optimization. With the feedback from the end user and after the required tests, the design has been finalized by improving the construction to the optimum level.
