Abstract (EN)
In this study, the information about CNC milling machine, its parts and its materials aregiven.The points of choosing a CNC is told.A new, 3 axis CNC milling machine is designed.Construction of the body is driven and the analyses are made with the program named VisualNastran. Also the mathematical calculations are given.The ballscrews an the linear carriage systems ( rail and the carriages ) for all 3 axises arebeing selected.A working life length for the machine is objected and compared with the components? lifedurations. It is seen that the components? lives will cover the machine?s estimated workingperiod.All forces and moments acting on all axises, are determined. By finding out the effects ofthese forces and moments on the components, the rigidity of ballscrews, joint parts, rails andcarriages are calculated.The power of the motors needed for all 3 axises are calculated. Motors are selected.The CNC milling machine is manufactured after reaching a reliable design. And the machineis put on work successfully.The costs of manufactoring the machine is given.Keywords: CNC, CNC Milling Machine, CNC Calculations, CNC costs.
