Abstract (EN)
Court records are known as Sharia records one of the most important sources of reference in social and local history studies. These records are held by a Muslim Judge in the Crimean Khanate contains rich data about the region they belong to as like as the Ottoman Empire's records. Also, allows us to identify the people's everyday life like their family, social life, daily pursuits, clothing habits, utensils they were used, eating and drinking culture, professional life, community and tribal structure and names of places where they lived. It is important to clarify Crimea's social, economic and cultural history which is an important key ingredient of the Black Sea policy of the Ottoman Empire and also good for todays modern Turkey, Russia and Ukraine relations. The politic, social, economic and cultural history of Crimea, that is a part of Black See policy of Ottoman Empire, is important to reveal from its ambiguity. The historic connection related to Crimean Khanate and Crimean Court Registers (numbered 3a-3b). Court Records were converted into Latin letters in order to analysis the social, economic and administrative from of the peninsula so as to reveal cultural heritage of the area. Some geographical area names were stated such as district, street, neighborhood, villages located in Crimea. It is one of the basic purposes to reveal the social, ethnic, religious and cultural form of population that lived in Crimean area in second half of 17.th century. In that area it was considered the forms of native tribes, congregations different ethnic groups, non muslims names, tittles, charities, jobs, currency, and its heritage.
