Abstract (EN)
In today's our global world, increased competition, increased diversity of product, price differentials force firms to bridge with customers by using relationship quality variables and to focus on their core competence and business. Firms save both time and cost by transferring logistics activities to logistics firms which are specialist in this sector. The main problem is that dimension and sustainability of the relationship which is between companies and logistics firms. In this context, the study has examined the effect of relationship (Trust, Commitment, Adaptation and Satisfaction) between firms and third party logistics firms on the logistics performance and relationship between logistics performance and business performance (Export, Market, Financial Performance). Moreover, level of outsourcing, logistics ability and switching cost are added on research model. A questionnaire was used as the data-collecting tool and research hypotheses were tested by correlation and regression analysis. The analyzes revealed that there were significant relationship between relationship quality variables and logistics performance as well as between logistics performance and business performance.
