Abstract (EN)

According to the data of World Health Organization, 8-10 million people are infected each year due to Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria, and an average of 3 million people lose their lives because of the disease tuberculosis (TB), to which this bacterium is the causative agent. Development of resistance to drugs used in the treatment of tuberculosis, the much more side effects of drugs and the emergence of new strains of tuberculosis makes the synthesis of more active new compounds necessary. In this study, we aim to show the stronger antimicrobial activity of the compounds containing hydrazide-hydrazone structure by adding structure sulfonamide which is the first group of medicines used in the treatment of bacterial infections, the expression of a possible new active derivatives and the clarification of structures. In this study consisting of three phases first of all, substituted benzoylhydrazine derivatives were prepared by treatment of substituted benzoyl chloride with hydrazine hydrate. In the second step, sulfonamide compounds were synthesized by treatment of 4-acetyl benzenesulfonyl chloride with substituted aromatic amines. In the last stage, substituted hydrazide-hydrazone derivatives were obtained by interacting substituted benzoylhydrazine with sulfonamide compounds in methanolic solution. The structures of the synthesized compounds were illuminated by UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectral data and their formulas were confirmed by elemental analysis.
