L'aménagement du temps de travail et le travail supplémentaire selon la code du travail 4857

Working time is closely related to the worker's personal and social existence, as well as the country's unemployment problem and the economic situation of the country. Law No 4857 and the legislation in force must be reevaluated considering the interests which are protected by the limitation of working hours. In this study, on one hand, positive law was subjected to a critical evaluation of positive law. On the other hand, scientific researches related to the health of workers, the teachings of the various opinions are taken together with the court decisions to produce the necessary ideas from a legal perspective. In our country excessive running is a real issue of concern to millions of people. Therefore, reorganization is recommended for the provisions of the law relating to the working time.
