Abstract (EN)
In this study, two new carbamate ligands and their transition metal complexes as Ni(II), Co(II) and Zn(II) complexes were synthesized. For this purposes n-butyric acid and n-heptanoic acid were reacted with thiosemicarbazide, and 5-propyl-2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole and 5-hexyl-2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole were obtained. Dithiocarbamate salts were synthesized from the reaction of 5- propyl-2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole and 5-hexyl-2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole with potassium hydroxide and carbondisülfide. The complexes of Ni(II), Co(II) and Zn(II) were synthesized from the reaction of Ni(II), Co(II) and Zn(II)chlorides with dithiocarbamate salts. The complexes were determined as [Ni(L1)2], [Co(L1)2], [Zn(L1)2] (L1: 5-propyl-1,3,4-thiadiazolyldithiocarbamate), [Ni(L2)2], [Co(L2)2], [Zn(L2) 2], (L2: 5-propyl-1,3,4- thiadiazolyldithiocarbamate). The structures of ligands, intermediates and complexes were determined by using IR, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, and elemental analysis techniques. In addition the magnetic susceptibilities of the complexes were measured.
