There are notebooks in terms of the classification systems in the archives and libraries of historical materials. According to the analytical classification system are classified. In other words, a book number of a book is given a place-space information and a date (start-up) number. However, many researchers do not consider this situation sufficient. Social scientists, especially in the field of history studies, file and subject classification archives and libraries more prefer. The reason for this is the effort to reach the required information and document more quickly. For this reason, we have deemed it appropriate to classify documents recorded in our thesis as subject. There are approximately 275 documents and sentences covering a ten-year period between the dates of 1185-1159. In the National Library, it is possible to collect the documents registered in the register of Sahib, which is registered with 541, under four main headings and related sub-topics: Administrative matters, Economic issues, Social and Military subjects. According to both the records of the writings of the period and the record of the period, a record may be of interest to a different topic from the subject we are classified here. The reason for the preference here is to focus on the matter. In addition, the titles we provide in the classification form have been prioritized in terms of reflecting the content of the document and also in the title naming of the current approaches. Considering the importance of Şeriyye registers, it is understood how rich it is in terms of content. For the main and sub-topics given here, it is easy to find some preliminary information from the summaries of the classification documents. Another researcher can address issues with another approach. They can create the table and template classification. Instead of changing the existence of historical facts, this situation reveals the differences in viewpoints. In this study, we did not focus on the diplomatic features of the documents registered in the registry as we are working on the city's slate. However, the registered document, such as the foundation (Vakfiye), bill(hüccet), order(arz), commanded (buyruldu), heritage(tereke) document diplomatic; expressions were used in the summaries.
