Abstract (EN)
As a result of the developments in our country and in the world, we see that Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) are being used more and more every day. These aerial vehicles, which are cheaper and safer in terms of cost, have started to find use for different tasks. They serve multiple purposes by adding new features with the developing technology. The manufacturing stages and tests of this engine, which is planned to have a 55cc volume and 2-stroke working principle as the main design criterion, were examined within the scope of this study. The manufacturing material and production technique used for each part of this engine, which is produced in manual material removal process machines, are explained in detail. The aspects of the engine that need to be developed according to the test results are determined and possible solution methods are explained. Since these types of engines are not commercially produced in our country, it is aimed to form the basis for entrepreneurs who want to manufacture such motors in the coming years.
